Taking the time to thank someone means a lot; often the small, everyday acts of kindness can make the biggest difference to people’s lives.
With COVID-19 changing our way of life in virtually every way, it has never been more important to show that we care and value others. There are lots of easy ways to get involved, thank someone who is important to you and share some joy.
Thank friends, family, neighbours, teachers, co-workers and others in your community, for everyday acts of kindness or support.
Thanking people is also incredibly beneficial to our mental health and addresses two of the ‘Five ways to wellbeing’.
